1. Can anyone become a member of Survey Junkie?
Members must be 18 or older and reside in the United States.
2. How do I earn points?
You must successfully complete surveys, profile questionnaires or take other rewardable actions to earn points. You'll know when an action is rewardable if it has designated points displayed within a green button.
4. How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points click “My Points” from the navigation bar's dropdown menu or click “Current Points” from the user dashboard. Once you're on the My Points page, follow these steps:
If you have reached a minimum of 1,000 points, you are eligible to redeem your rewards with the following methods
- cash using PayPal
- popular e-Giftcards. e-Giftcards
- direct bank transfer.
PayPal redemptions may require you to log into your PayPal account. After you select your redemption method, you will be asked to select or provide the email address where you'd like to receive the reward. If you're adding a new email address, you will be required to confirm that email before proceeding with the redemption. This ensures we don't send the reward to the wrong person. Verify that the reward type, amount, and email the reward will be sent to are correct, then click “Yes, Redeem”. If you have successfully redeemed your reward, you should see a “Congratulations” popup window. This indicates that your reward has been sent to your registered PayPal or e-Giftcard email.
5. What can I redeem the points for?
Points are redeemable for cash through PayPal or e-Giftcards. E-Giftcards are currently available to U.S. residents only.

Honest Review
I never make reviews, but I’m going to review this app because it’s deserved. I’ve been going back and forth, from gaming apps like solitaire and such to other survey apps, but I’ve always fallen back to this app. It has never let me down. Yes, there are some days where the app honestly gives you mostly surveys that say you don’t qualify half way through, but when it works it works well. I’ve made a little under $50 in less than two years, while using the app not frequently, just from time to time. I’d use the app until I was at the withdrawal amount, then continue the next day or week when I decide to use it again. It’s a great way to make a few extra bucks, it will NOT make you rich, but if you sit down and listen to a podcast and just auto pilot you can end up with $5-$10 in less than 48 hours. And I’ve never had an issue with withdrawal of my funds, it also never takes the full 5 days I usually get it after 3!

Error messages
There’s way too much error messages and it makes me lose my points. I think it was way better before to do surveys . Too much time spent and very little reward. Sad!
Crashes
I’ve been able to complete a few surveys, but most of the time the survey “fills up“ and I get two or three points. The surveys that I’ve actually qualified for and filled out have been interesting. However, numerous times when I am in the middle of a survey, the app freezes, and I lose my progress and don’t get any points. Just now I was part of a very interesting survey, I had to go out of the app at the request of the survey to take a picture. When I went back in, the app had crashed with some weird error page and I lost all progress. This is very frustrating and it’s not worth my time to try to complete the surveys if the app is gonna crash when I’m halfway through.
