Survey Valuation Reviews

Clunky and Awkward

edward550 on

United Kingdom

A seriously outdated piece of software that is slow, unresponsive, unintuitive and barely fit for purpose. There are far better options out there, but I am required to use this for my company.

IT tail wagging the surveying dog

Awful Enough said.

Another surveyor

Billy Joe Buttlicker on

United Kingdom

Just to confirm for those reading this, it’s the old boy surveyors who still can’t get their head around their Nokia 3310s that can’t work with this system. As one of a rare breed, a surveyor under 50, this system is not flawless but for ensuring compliance across a company, readable site notes and data collection, pen and paper just doesn’t cut it in the industry in 2023.

Not good enough

yet another surveyor on

United Kingdom

It appears that the software was written by someone who does not appreciate what the users require. Must time wasted inputting unnecessary data that better coding would eliminate. All surveyors hate it, especially those that have experience of the rival Quest system which is far superior and probably more expensive. Terrible. Makes the job very tedious.

AWFUL

Peg1666 on

United Kingdom

Awful app by core logic who now control what surveyors can and can’t do. Time consuming and full of work around for different lenders. Jobs take so much longer but the industry loves it. Surveyors hate it. Peg1666

SLOW

verywearysome on

United Kingdom

Slow and time consuming such that it serves little purpose other than it takes twice as long to do half as much. Resolution of faults can be quick, sometimes next day though. It’s sole purpose seems to be obsessive collection of unnecessary information whilst failing to get the right information into the report templates - or not all, as a consequence one effectively still has to correct the reports manually as before. Insurance and floor plan calcs are clunky.
