Such a big company and there app is so old fashion..you charge the customer in lakhs for bike and ride connect feature but 0 features.Hire a pass out from college they will do better job for you.No notification update on iPhone

Not working with iphone even tried many hakes and contact to customer care but didn’t get solution.
I recently purchased the Suzuki Access 125 Bluetooth variant and paid extra for the Bluetooth-enabled feature. However, I am extremely disappointed to find that the device does not pair with my iPhone 11. I visited the service center to resolve this issue, but I was informed that the Bluetooth feature does not work with iOS devices. This was never communicated during the purchase process. Additionally, the availability of the Suzuki app on the App Store gives the impression that it supports iPhones, which is misleading. I feel frustrated and disheartened by this issue. The Bluetooth feature was one of the primary reasons I opted for this model, and its non-functionality has left me dissatisfied with the product. I kindly request that your team address this problem and provide a solution or compensation for this inconvenience. And please dont go for bluetooth variants your money gonnna waste😫
