Horrible set up and no customer service

I tried to connect the doorbell to my Wi-Fi three separate times two different ways. None of which worked. I tried customer service. All they do is send you to their website that has no links to talk to anybody at all.

Works great for us

I don’t know if the older versions had a lot of bugs, but we just bought two solar cameras. When I saw the 2.8 rating for this app I was concerned, but it’s worked great so far for us. We bought the solar panel ones and I was concerned I’d have little idea of how well they’re charging, but there’s even graphs showing how much the charge goes up by time of day, which is great. I’m impressed so I felt like I should try write a review.

Nice App

The cameras are easy to set up through the app. The app is easy to navigate through, and there are many settings to use to get the cameras to work how you want it to. After the recent update the app has gotten slower. There are extremely long delays to pan the cameras than there was before.

Not working

This app and the device are not working properly. I even subscribed to their monthly cloud service hoping that it would fix the issues. However, after ordering the subscription service, the app stopped working and there’s no option to cancel the subscription. Waste of time and money!

No problem - works well

My new security camera with LED illumination is controlled by this app. The set up was straightforward and the app allows me to control the camera settings easily and effectively. Im very happy with the way this app allows me to view content, reformat the micro SD card, turn the spot light on and off and adjust all camera settings. It works well.

Useless App

Have spent 2 days and several hours and nothing. The cameras will not pick up the qr card. Used multiple devices. Download and removed app. Nothing so annoyed
