There is a trigger panic alarm orange band that has appeared in my app that I don’t need or want. I’ve also lost the ability to configure each camera. Will need someone to come show us how to use the app.

Great app. Annoying notifications

The app works well, can see everything. Front door bell is always slow to open and slow to notify if someone is there. With recording- the person is often gone before it starts recording. The notifications though are annoying. If we could turn off ‘motion’ and only have it when someone is there that would be wonderful. But with 1200 motions a day and only a few recorded it’s ridiculous. Please fix this to allow these notifications to stop being a bother. Would be good if we could choose notifications. Like alert when door bell is running or person detected but turn off motions.

Do they even care?

Swann charge premium prices for CCTV systems however they under-deliver with the app that is supposed to function as an extension of the cameras and its system. The app is a joke, it’s unstable it cuts out and crashes and is slow to respond. Very disappointed in this app and it just shows what they think of their customers the fact they produce such an underwhelming application that barely delivers is just beyond me. If Swann cared they would totally revamp this app and make it user friendly and simple but most importantly usable.

Need to update IOS app ,there is no options motion selection area ,and human activity,Camera’s sensor and light siren on even in winds and when some small thing detected ,nothing can change from application, I always on don’t disturb

I only want to have people movement alarm me on my device and cannot find anywhere to do this

I only want to be notified of people movement and not car movement and can't find the setting to do this 😡

Swann Buddy 4K

Purchased SwannBuddy 4K Door bell and the thing straight out of the box just won’t work. Setup all good in the app but just won’t and can’t answer motion or view the video at all. I’ve checked my internet which is fine over 100mps and this thing still won’t work. App and doorbell cam are both garbage. Taking back for a refund.

peace of mind

day or night , i never have to worry about my house. With the Swann Security cameras i’ve actually purchased peace of mind.

Worst security camera

I've had these cameras for 3 years and the only reason I haven't thrown them in the bin is because they give me a false sense of security. The fact the livestream doesn't load for a good 10 minutes (on a good day) when you get a notification is beyond me. If someone breaks in they'll be in and out with your belongings by the time the camera loads and that's if you're even lucky it records the playback. DO NOT USE THIS.

App updated today

What a horrible choice to update the app. I can not get playback on anything at the moment and it says it’s a network problem. I know it’s not because I’m using that connection now. It needs to be fixed!
