Option to hide meetings once they have passed in the agenda or take you directly to the next/current meeting. 2. Create a check in feature. Organizers can know when all parties are in and can use that as a kind of roll call. 3. On the agenda, segment the days so it is clearer. Or have a header that is bold and bigger. 4. Make days collapsible. When you click the day it shows the events for that day. Or have an expand button or option.
