What this app is for? To provide a ride but if in one week you are unable to provide a ride for 3 times, what kind of business are you running then?

This app is the worst. The bus drivers dont turn up and mark u as no show. And we get penalised. Dont bother. I rather take the train

Yes! I resigned because of SWAT Biz. Poor bus arrangement make me felt like I am from the third world netizen. Bus missing, bus late , overcrowded bus and sometimes even allowing standing passengers. Everyday taking the bus is like waiting for the lottery result. Well , I am enough and quit from all these nonsense! Thanks and good luck for the rest of you ! 😈

Drivers typically set their location based on their convenience. Had this driver set a block with 2 drop points and a service road. He basically past by the block and drove off. Did not even stop at the location for a single min. Cant feedback to the driver. Only depends purely on gps. If it screws up, you are too.

Super high frequency of late and no show. Unable to get back home on time, and no information regarding no show. Bus not properly maintained, mostly dusty and dirty. Drivers not trained how to use the app, sometime we have to guide them.

1. Feedback history will be missing. 2. No help desk support when bus no come!! 3. No claim process embedded to check against KPI. 4. No clear notifications of bus arrival and delayed. 5. Try to cut cost, creating vicious cycle threat people will abandon the app eventually. 6. No reward system to the driver, no motivation, so no improvement!! 7. Poor coordination with bus operator and provide post seating crowded bus like 5 seaters row. 8. Fake tickets can be imposed, seat number shall be assigned without repeating for driver to check. All in all, I abandoned the app!!!!!!

This app had a good idea but the company running this business is unethical and incompetent. Was asked to take a grab to work in Tuas (I stay in sengkang) multiple times as their bus driver did not arrive. This amount was to be reimbursed by SWATBIZ, but up until now, I have not yet received any reimbursement. Their feedback section doesn’t work. Doesn’t work in the sense that you put a feedback, you will get a automated reply saying they’ll reply in 3 working days, but once you check this feedback you’ve left you’ll see that its been deleted since with no reply from this unethical company. I’ve given feedback that their bus is perpetually late last year and has caused me to arrive late at work as well through no fault of my own. Again, i received no words of consolation or apology from them. If they have known their driver was going to be late, they can at least inform the passengers, so we can take our alternative arrangements to work sooner. BUT NO! You must wait exactly 30 mins from the planned arrival time (i.e if your bus arrival time is 5:57, you must wait until 6:27) before you can take alternative arrangements. You know your bus will not arrive because it hasn’t for the past week, but you cannot take a grab because Swatbiz wants to make sure they cannot find another bus driver. Honestly, I bet none of their personnel even cares. But remember the best part. You take alternative arrangements, you are supposed to claim this amount from Swatbiz. Again, NO! I submitted my claim 2 months ago, (their dateline was 1-1.5 month) and my money has not turned up yet. Ridiculous, unethical and unscrupulous company. Put yourself in your passengers shoes instead of just caring about your money you receive, maybe then you’ll have a good app. Until then, Swatbiz is horrible.

Always unable to provide cab. Book grab on behalf so might as well use grab app. Luckiky no zero star to rate
