Voice prompts and a great selection of workouts in the paid version... very slick, uncluttered and effective. 

An idea for improvement: I try to keep my workouts running from one exercise into another to keep the heart rate up but at the moment have to stop to click on the next card. Could you integrate it into a Watch App to allow you to check the exercise off quickly without touching the phone screen? I will happily upgrade to 5 starts if you do!

Every workout is different sometimes you get a row of the same exercises sometimes it’s all varied.  You can choose the exercises and change the values of the picture cards.  Might get to the end of a single deck of cards but not even thinking of trying two decks.  Yet.  Can do body weight or use dumbbells or kettlebells.  Good app though it should save your previous workouts

Very neat and simple app, one of the few fitness apps out there I can actually see myself using. However, I think it would benefit from one more feature - randomly generating exercise sets. The purpose of this app is to turn exercise into a game, something more fun, but it would be even more game-like if I didn’t know what the exercises were until I started the session. Would bring some more spontaneity and excitement, I think.

However, there’s one fundamental flaw with this app... It doesn’t move onto the next exercise automatically.. Meaning to have to go over to your iPad between EVERY excise and press next / move on... I know people would complete each exercise in different times... But all you need to do is allow enough time between each. Unless this is a feature and I’m missing something??
