Good

Thanks for this app. All is good but only one part could be fixed. No automatically switch exercises. When you’re doing work out you always should tap the screen to change exercise. Its not convenient.

Fantastic !

Dears, thank you for great application! Just one thing - please cancel auto switch of exercises in rehabilitation block. It’s uncomfortable because it’s too rush and switch in the middle of time requested for exercise execution. Please do it as it was and let switch it manually. Thank you!

Even more than I expected!

I was hesitant to subscribe, but in the end very glad that I did. Now I’m on my first BBG week. So no negative impressions so far.

Not what I expected

I tried it and I was very excited at first. I liked how branched and complex the app was. However when I tried my first workout I got very disappointed. I tried yoga workout and all the moves were hard to remember and replicate, as they were complex moves. The picture would just show it one time and freeze and I have to tap on the phone all the time to see it again and it would only show partly and not all the moves in one exercise. There are no vocal comments, I can only rely on what app gave me which was just time. Am I supposed to reply it over and over, ok but at what pace? How do I breathe? It’s important in yoga. I’m sorry it’s unusable. Then I wanted to try classic workout and it was better cause moves were easy to replicate, but I have lower back problems and it’s not safe to do some of the stuff for me. I was hoping to prep my body before I could do burpys. Maybe I’ll try classic later

Super!!!

You can go with your level. Great to have options such as with or without equipments. Like the exercise plan. Different exercises keep you from getting bored. Great app for at home exercise.

So many options to choose from. I love the tracking and layout of the workouts.

Great app for putting your workout on autopilot

I’m terrible at sticking with workouts and at remembering what workouts to do and what set comes next. I love the Sweat app because I don’t have to think about anything except what music playlist I want! I set my program and it tells me what we’re working on that day. It shuffles the types of workouts so I’m not repeating the same thing every week. I also love that there are shorter options for days when I don’t have much time but I still want to feel active. I also love that I can switch it up and do yoga one day and just stretch it out. I can work out at home or the gym, and I can watch how every workout is supposed to go. I’ve been a paid user since 2020 and I’ve seen the difference in my muscles. I’m 40 but I look stronger and feel stronger than ever! The paid version is well worth it.

Love it
