SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Read our full Terms and conditions & Privacy Policy:

I have been using sweat for a month now and can only say good things about it. It motivates me, gives great suggestions for meals and offers a good schedule for my fitness program. I have been very satisfied with it. My suggestion for improvement: please give the option to separate the workout into sections with and without equipment. Thanks!

Love it & thank all Sweat team for it! I do exercise on ragular basis whenever I want. That’s one of more important thing for me. My muscles are more strenghtened and I feel better. I haven’t lost too much weight but it’s true I don’t follow suggested diet. I have noticed some issues with the app behavior if you would send me email where to report to?

Honestly this is the very best fitness app I ever had. I totally love it. So many workouts, great sympathic and motivating trainers. Finally workout programs with results… what I really like is that the app is working “mostly” without glitches. Something that I would personally appreciate would be having two programs at once. For example more relaxing excercise like yoga and some energizer like cardio… Also some period pause of training…but thats just personal opinion… Anyway Love it🫶🏽 Love what Mrs. Itsines has created🩷

I love this app. For gym, home workout or for travelling. So many options. Hight intensity, low impact, weights or just body weight, for different fitness levels, longer or shorter workouts. This app has it all. Fun workouts and all the excercises are explained really well. I love that you can swap any excercise for a different one if sou want to make it harder or easier. I’ve been using it for over a year and finally after so long I managed to excercise more regularly in the past year with the training plans and I feel great. You can also opt for yoga or pilates whenever you feel like it or if it’s more your thing.

I love the diverse training options on this app and the continuous trainings that are incoming. It is a shame though that sweat is not cooperating with apple watch when it comes to counting calorie burn. Wish that would be fixed. Also the app doesn’t work on my new apple tv :(

Skvělá aplikace, spousta programů, které si můžete vybrat. Jsou zde i různé úrovně od začátečníků po pokročilé. Náročnost se pomalu navyšuje každý týden. Cvičení není na dlouho většinou tak na 30 minut. Navíc cviky jsou opravdu funkční. Je zde i jídelníček, který nedodržuji, ale občas je to fajn inspirace. Appka je v angličtině. Cena za měsíc je přiměřená.
