SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Can’t stay without this app! Kelsey and Kayla are my gurus! Though my weight hasn’t dropped much as I eat like crazy, I am fitter stronger and look the best and have kept diseases away! Yes strength training and HIIT is a game changer in my life. Also observed that I hike mountains tirelessly and faster after doing regular strength training (nope, it’s never the cardio that eases hiking). Building a better lean body mass is the best thing one can do for one’s well being.

I have been using Sweat for over 5 years now and have tried many of their programs. They have always worked for me considering I work out at home. Somehow, the app manages to keep me motivated and has helped me immensely in setting + achieving my fitness goals. Specially recommend the Low impact program for anyone with an injury, a weak back or hurt knees. Love Kayla and love sweat.

Great workout, would be even better if we had guided sessions

The app is amazing, the workouts are amazing, and they show result. However the instructions are only written and not spoken by the trainer, it would be helpful if the exercises were explained through sound as well. Sometimes you can’t get it through animation alone.
