SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Definitely on the expensive side. But it is a great app that is easy to use, and I like that they add workouts. Only drawback is you can't do more than one program at once. And there are days you just want to switch things up.

We URGENTLY need a POWER BUILDING program

This is my 3rd year with the app, so fair to say I have enjoyed it. Hoewever, since Stephanie left there are not updates on the BUILD program (that is my go to) and the new strength trainers are mostly focusing on HIIT or Olympic lifting… we really need an updated an improved powerbuilding program to get that hourglass figure (that we the rectangular ladies can’t get in any other way)

Awesome array of exercises for everyone! On it for three years and I’m hooked!!

There is a promotion to get cheap subscription if you refer 3 friends. But it was never mentioned that these friends should buy paid subscriptions! Also button to activate this promotion after you invite friends is scribe, but gives an error so you have to contact the support in order to know this hidden requirement for a promotion!

They’re super handy and the app feels seamless and easy to navigate. This app helps me a lot during my pregnancy as I’m unsure what workouts are safe to do. I love that I do not have to fret about my workout plans at the gym.

I am on my 7 days free trial and i am thinking why did i wait so long to try this app!!! Its a bit pricy but today my 1st workout it went so well i sweat so much the whole app does everything do thw timings, the lists of workouts i just loved it !! Ao easy to use for beginner like me who has no idea where to start!
