Make my traditional strength training easy to follow and I love I can substitute the exercises. The only weak point is there aren't exercises for the calf muscle.

I really appreciate how well the programs are thought out and build week on week so I don’t have to plan out my workouts. I often find that when I am finished I have done more than I would have if I had planned my own routine and would have had to motivate myself to do it. I am a Sweat junkie and as a mom of 3 kids having so much I can do at home is a game changer.
Been using this app for 4 years. I’ve learned about the different training styles I love, what works for my body and the best part is I can do it anywhere in the world. I travel a lot and be it in the van, gym, home, whatever, my bum always looks good and I feel amazing. Oh and I can guarantee that it will get me results. I love it.

I adore SWEAT - so much so that I’m on my 90th consecutive week. 🏆 I’ve loved the flexibility of the app - although I mostly do Kayla’s programs, I enjoy swapping to Pilates when I’m feeling a bit stiff, or Kelsey’s weight training if I want a bit more resistance. I’ve seen incredible results and get compliments on how healthy and strong I look. Seriously could not recommend this app enough!
Honestly the most versatile and user friendly app there is! The community is incredible- so if you’re worried that you won’t have motivation to work out by yourself, think again! The community is always there to cheer you on 💓
I’ve been a member for a long time. The app has improved a lot and I’m really enjoying especially Cass Body Burn Challenge and Kelsey’s Mindfulness Sweat Challenge. I love the collection of trophies and prompts to keep me going! 🩷 I look forward seeing new things like the running. 😁 Thank you so much to the Sweat trainers and development and marketing team!
