SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

I have been using the sweat app for over a year and it has been a great workout plan app to use. This is because you can choose what type and level of exercise you want to do and it progresses at a steady level to improve fitness. I particularly like that i can reschedule times and days to suit my working week and can substitute exercises that i dont have the correct equipment for or prefer to do. I am very happy with my results so far!

Honestly, I just find this app so easy to use. All of the workouts are easy to follow, you can track and adjust everything to suit your needs and having on demand workouts from other trainers when you are working through a programme is amazing when you just want to shake things up a little and keep it interesting. I’m so far two programmes in and I’m loving the journey. Long may it continue!

Great app but seems to have some bugs

Love the app but I cannot continue ti play music via the playlist, every time an instruction comes the music stops and doesn’t resume. Also cannot type on some of the app as the keyboard does not prompt.

Huge variety! Really nice and visual so easy to follow!

The only fitness app that I have ever stuck to that actually shows results. I look forward to working out now, and enjoy seeing the progress and seeing my body change. The variety of workouts are great, it’s super simple and easy to use, and I love the female-focused exercises, and community support. Can’t fault it.
