SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

How much does Sweat cost?

I’m fairly new to weights and this app has been brilliant to learn and have confidence in the gym to try different things. After 6 weeks I’m starting to see some slight changes in my body.
Only down side is to not be able to switch round the order of things in one session. I usually do it in the order I want and then skip through the app at the end to input the weight used. Would be much better to do it at the time.
Adore but needs more wearable integration
I absolutely love this app. I’ve been a Kayla fan since the pdf/bbg days, have her books, and the app continues to go from strength to strength. I particularly love that you can mix training and essentially create your own regimes too.
Only downside: integration with wearables is lacking. I used Fitbit from 2010 and recently switched to Apple Watch thinking the Sweat app integrated well but it doesn’t read the Health data properly. All that can be done is playing the app on your watch and counting general steps- none of the other info (eg, steps and calories for that workout) transfer. This means I then have to manually fill in bits sometimes. It would be better if it truly could read the health app.
The only other improvement would be to be able to copy food days to multiple days in a week and for that to update the shopping list. I hate wasting food and I know we won’t get through all of the ingredients due to busy schedules.
Anyway, keep up the great work. I recommend it to everyone.

They removed the food plan
I’ve rated this app 5 stars ever since it was released, but they have hugely downgraded it by removing the food plan.
There are barely any vegan recipes now, when there used to be a wide variety before. I could previously set my preference as vegan and have an excellent meal plan.
There are like 4 breakfast meals if you search and none are vegan. Prior to this there were numerous breakfast recipes.
Previously it would calculate the meals with exact macros and calories for the day in mind, but that is gone. Just random recipes.
The shopping lists are gone so you can’t easily plan for the rest of the week.
This change is awful and the people who like it are the ones who have never followed the meal plan. Please change it back.
I miss when Kayla owned the app, it was so much better.
Motivation
I absolutely love this program. I’ve just turned 50 and lacked energy and enthusiasm to go to the gym but when I found this program it changed my mindset to want to get off the couch and do something that made me feel good. I always told myself you can’t moan at what you look like if you don’t do anything to change it.
The exercise are just great you can choose from so many plus if one part doesn’t work for you, you can substitute it to one that does.
The good plans are great and again you can change it up depending on your personal choices.
If you want to make a change then you must try this!!!!

Cancellation
I cancelled my sweat subscription over 6 months ago but have still been billed monthly and it’s more than what I used to pay! I have no idea why and no one is responding to my emails.
