I been using like a many years. And already converted the sweat coin into real money or crypto.

cannot claim SWEAT currently, and balance is not visible even after multiple reloads
Greyed out claim button of sweat wallet
I have both sweat app and sweat wallet on my phone. Aside form being unable to view my balance on sweat wallet I am also unable to claim my mints. I think its better before where you walk = converted to crypto unlike now they keep on adding new features but making i harder for users. I dont open both apps everyday as I thought they are suppose to automatically do what they are suppose to do (sweat app= walk then convert to crypt; wallet = mint crypto then CLAIM AUTOMATICALLY) Will try to comeback a month from now to see any changes then unsinstalling if no improvements.
Can't received any code from sweatwallet
My sweatscoin app can't connect to sweatwallet, because there's nothing shows into my mail for the code. I hope you help me to fix this.

Gas Fee!
I have enjoyed Sweat Wallet in the past where everything is simple as walking = crypto, however recently I have been disappointed because all that I do in it has to be paid with Gas Fee (NEAR) which does not make sense when I have all the hard-earned SWEAT that may pay for it. It feels like SWEAT is worth nothing if we can’t even use it to pay for whatever it is you are charging. I stopped using SWEAT because of this.

Why i couldnt log in to this app even if i click log in with sweatcoins multiple times and still didnt log in. please fix this issue
Cant touch anything on the screen
Account was dormant for 60 days but after opening the app again, i cant touch anything on the app’s screen.
