## SWEC Reviews in United States

### *---- "Why bother with an app"
Useless. Doesn’t work. Usage graphs no longer work, constantly crashes, horrible interface. Just a waste of phone space. Avoid this epic FAIL of an app (and utility provider, if possible) as it doesn’t work.
-- Blakeula13, 2026-05-03

### **--- "Printing off the actual bill"
Why is it so hard to find the actual bill that would be just like the one you would mail out. It’s like you dont want us to actually see it! Please, please make it easier so it doesnt take 29 minutes to find the print out!!!
-- Kkfatlake, 2023-09-20

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
App won’t let me log in. Keeps saying communication error.
-- Dizzyizzy1216, 2022-09-13

### **--- "New update doesn’t accept my account info"
I loved the app before the update. The updated version is not accepting my account info and I’ve tried changing my password but it’s saying invalid. And what Happened to Face ID? I see Touch ID only.
-- Sally 55, 2022-07-02

### *---- "Password glitch"
I am unable to use this app. The password box will not let me enter the full password, which is the same password I use to login to my online account.
-- grmrn, 2021-02-10

### ****- "Credit card info"
I like this app-easy to use except one thing. Your credit card info is stored, but if you try to send a payment, the app makes you re-enter the card number. EVERY TIME. So I have to dig out my credit card to re-enter the card number which they already have stored in their system.
Other apps store card info and have one-click payment, why can’t you? It’s not like someone is going to illegally go in and pay my electric bill! Please fix this!
Other than that, pretty darned good app.
-- Tuckermom1, 2020-12-22

### ***** "Great App"
Has everything from day to day usage to usual billing info. I use it exclusively for all things related to my electrical service.
-- kdoug1, 2015-12-17

### ***** "Works & the real deal"
I have been waiting for this to come out for awhile now, finally an app to make paying the electric bill fast and on time, I like that it has a Digital record of past bills plus sends you push notifications so you don't forget it's due
