I like that this app syncs blood glucose data with Apple Health. There is one issue though. I’ve noticed in Apple Health there can be entire days where no blood glucose data is recorded. I viewed the raw data in Apple Health and can see gaps of over 24 hours where no blood glucose data is recorded, even though this app is running in the background. I’m not sure why this occurs, I’m happy to debug this further if you want. Just reach out to me. If I’m doing something wrong with the app let me know, like for example am so meant to open the app at least once a day in order for data to sync with Apple Health?

This app is amazing. Not only does this app notify more than the dexcom follow app, but I am able to see live readings on my Lock Screen, as well as my watch. I also love that the app notifies me when there’s been a big drop or increase with blood sugar. Our child plays sports and loves to be active so his sugar can change very quickly.

Very shortly after diagnosis, I had mistakenly dosed my son based on the Dexcom widget without realizing it wasn’t a live value. Thank goodness it’s wasn’t a huge variance but it was enough to scare me. I read about SweetDreams in Reddit, a comment by the developer. I downloaded and use it religiously since. Live activity is on nearly 24/7 on my phone and watch. Two vital things for parents of T1Ds: a SugarPixel AND this app. 5 stars. Thanks for helping me keep my son alive. 💙

So thankful for this app. I use it with the Freestyle Libre. I love that I can have my glucose readings show on my watch and iPhone Lock Screen so that I can check my reading discretely. I especially like that it writes back to Apple Health. The Developers are super responsive and quickly handle any issues that might come up after a phone update etc. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I love everything about this app. My only wish is for it to be able to include some sort of IOB integration. But, I do see that they have that mentioned under their “Upcoming Features.” I would love if I were able to sync my Glooko account to my Sweet Dreams app so I can directly link my Omnipod 5 and see my IOB, basal, and boluses for the day. I am also looking forward to the possible Nightscout integration. Overall, this app is great! My #1 favorite thing is the widgets!! They are amazing! The graph quality is so so great! Even on the Apple Watch (I have a series 9) the options for “complications” (basically same as widgets) are outstanding! Love this app! I highly recommend it!
