## SWEPCO Reviews in United States

### *---- "Update"
New update won’t let me sign in. Says it can’t connect to host server
-- skrhakao, 2025-09-02

### *---- "Constant glitches"
The app glitches all of the time. It logs you out randomly and won’t let you navigate from one screen to another. It use to be fine but in the past 4 months the app has become almost useless.
-- Disgruntled Major, 2025-07-06

### ***** "iPhone"
I have had the app for the past 5 years with no problems to any of my last iPhones 13 14 and 15
-- Drealmagi, 2025-07-02

### ***-- "Lack of KWh Cost"
Cost of energy is increasing but without the ability to see the cost of one kWh over time, the customer is lead to believe it’s their amount of energy used driving the cost increase. Please add the ability to see cost per kwh over time.
-- Feedback1a, 2025-06-29

### *---- "CRASHED"
Downloaded the APP and it crashed as soon as I opened it. That’s what you get when you hire hackers to write an APP.
-- Bought Grap, 2023-08-26

### **--- "Tiny icon text…"
You need to use a magnifying glass just to see the text on the new icon. Who thought that was good idea? Make it a logo instead!

As for the app functionality, it gets the job done. See my bill and pay it no problems.
-- neil78b, 2023-06-10

### ***** "Good App"
Most of the bad reviews for this app are from years ago. I haven’t had a single issue with this app. It works great and fast.
-- Rlb33333, 2022-12-22

### ***** "Updated and functions"
I have checked the past reviews and noticed that none are more recent. I decided to give the app a try and have been very pleased with it working on my iPhone 12 and 13. The app allows for payments and outage viewing as well as notifications. HIGHLY recommend people utilizing the app these days.
-- Carl.Basham, 2022-09-15

### *---- "Not a good Company"
Since the CEO of the Company passed now these liberal people are now overcharging us on our electric bill I hope soon another company comes out or something happens and y’all Company dies
-- Caleb368, 2022-08-04

### ***** "It works"
Many reviewers have said this app does not work for them, but it works for me. Although it may not be the best ever, it does allow me to easily track my electric bill and pay it. That’s honestly all I care about. 5 stars because it does what I need it to do. Hopefully it works for everyone else, too.
