## SwiftDoc Description
SwiftDoc allows you to see a doctor using video calling on your phone. All you have to do is book an appointment and we will do the rest!
 
SwiftDoc was established to manage the growing demand for convenient GP, Specialist services. We provide comprehensive high quality care for patients by offering the convenience of video consultations on your smartphone or tablet. We offer appointments during the normal working day and also offer extended out-of-hours appointments. Patients avoid taking time off work and sitting in waiting rooms to see a doctor. We call you at your requested time so there are no delays.
You can see a specialist or a GP without leaving your home. 

SwiftDoc makes consulting a doctor easy, convenient and safe. Medical records are confidential and only accessible by you and the doctor.
 
-We send prescriptions to your local pharmacy instantly.
-We order blood tests and imaging referrals for you when required.
-We refer you to specialists when required. 
-We can provide information to your regular GP. 
 
We email referrals for x-rays/ CT/ MRI/ ultrasounds/ blood tests to you directly. We also email specialist referrals to you- so you are in control. We email prescriptions to your local pharmacy and we email medical certificates for work absence to you. All of this is done instantly. We also deal with workcover cases.
 
All blood tests and imaging results are sent back to SwiftDoc electronically, as are letters from specialists. We can also complete forms for you where you need a doctor to sign and you can upload your health summary to us. We can take over your GP care, offer second opinions, deal with last minute travel vaccinations and repeat prescriptions safely and effectively.
 
SwiftDoc strives for excellence in modern healthcare. We provide a safe, convenient way to see a doctor when you need to. Our service is run with the Patient's needs as our main focus.

Was great before, you could search doctors now you need to know the name of the doctor as I use the app so infrequently I don’t remember the doctors name so very poor UX and $49 to get a repeat perscription is just highway robbery

you fill it in and press save profile, theres a loading wheel then nothing, so you press it again and nothing, thinking that it’s saved you go back to make an app and you can’t because your damn details aren’t saved and can’t be, so frustrating.

After not being able to see a dr in my family practice of 13 years, until I did a COVID test - a friend recommended this service, so I downloaded the app, filled in my details, and could even pick the dr I wished to speak with. No sooner had my appointment been made, but I got a call which was fantastic. Spoke with a fantastic Dr who did this consultation over FaceTime. He listened to my symptoms, collected relevant medical history information and sent the script I required, straight to my chemist of choice, and emailed my a referral right to me. 
Can’t recommend highly enough - will be using this service over my family practice from now on, wherever possible 🥰🥰🥰
