Tried reaching them on time the provided numbers and unresponsive. Called Wow momo also and number is switched off.Finally called call centre and get the order cancelled. Worst experience and pathetic service.

I ordered 2 items from Swiggy out of which 1 item was missing so I complained to Swiggy customer support about refunding me or they gave me 10 excuses for not refunding me or started providing me coupons despite my agreeing to do so. Swiggy's customer support experience is worst, they do not refund any money or keep asking us to take coupons, it is pathetic service, never use this app. I don't want to do anything, I want my refund.

Now Swiggy has made it a practice of showing wrong ETAs and handing multiple orders to the delivery agents resulting in twice or thrice the time in food getting delivered despite of the time shown while ordering. Which often results in receiving cold food. Please check how the orders are managed or at least show the real timing which it’ll take to be delivered.
