I had closed by restaurant temperorily and did the settings on the app but still recieved orders and when cancelled they charged me once I again opened the restaurant and went online. Bloody frauds these swiggy people are. Before taking the Restaurant online with them they wagg their tail and run behind us and once we tie up they earn and we suffer. 
No option for negative ratings orelse would have rated that😠😠😠😠😠🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Please save your money! Swiggy is only for well established restaurants! You can never make profit. They will loot you in the name of ads charges and will make losses. You will not get orders or grow without ads. And with ads you ppl will always be in minus. I have sold for more than a lakh. But received only some 20k.

Outdated info and no way to make changes yourself. Everything g has to go via the swiggy team and they take their own time could be a 6 months or more in my case. All you hear is ticket has been raised and we will get back to you. Zomato is more responsive.

We onboarded swiggy 2 months back. We have not received any business from the app. They are just busy in making money, they charge for everything. Plus their partner support is next level pathetic. Their only job is to raise tickets for every issue. We were assigned a POC for new restaurant onboarding but they were worse than anything. Their number was always switched off. By mistake i got connected with her but she was of no use to us. Her knowledge didn’t help us on single issue. ALSO THE APP IS NOT FOR IOS- the app does not show new orders & does not run properly. They ask us to run advertisements for getting customers but bro that is again heavy on pockets. How can we use their expensive services when we are not getting any business from them. I’m earning better offline compared to business from swiggy. I think it’s high time to bid you farewell. VERY PATHETIC & USELESS ONLINE PLATFORM.
