Availability hours cannot be custom for each day. Say Mon-Fri (when I’m working my main job) versus Sat-Sun. It’s an all or nothing type of scheduling. OR I have to go in and change it everyday, but this prevents future guests from seeing there’s more hours I’m available on the weekends ahead of time. Also, the codes I create for marketing- once they expire, there’s no way to renew that code name. So if I made a Merry Christmas code, I cannot reuse that same code name ever again at the next year’s Christmas! The developer of this site and owner of Swimply really should put more effort into allowing these types of customizations to enhance their potential profitability.

The idea of the app is amazing, but without access to customer service (a real person) it is really frustrating and dangerous. You are allowing strangers to enter your home, with out anyone to assist you if you are in need of help. It’s been over a month and I have yet to speak to someone to help me collect my earrings. No reply’s to my emails or messages.

Met his wife very sweet women he came an hour later and greeted me! It was my twins first birthday they were so understanding and generous to let us add two more hours to our booking last min I plan to book them again for next summers events i got so many compliments from my guess their backyard was way better than the pictures
