Most user unfriendly I’ve come across. You need to completely overhaul and redesign
Uncomfortable and illogical
Very hard way of processing any operation, uses my Face ID and still doesn’t log me in (so what did I just Face ID for? 🤔), still no function to send funds and very weird process of investing and uploading I don’t recommend it until the developers make it at least barely user friendly

Every time I update this app, it breaks my face id authentication on my iPhone. It's terribly frustrating.
Poor update design
No dark mode. Worse design and features. Not sure who they employed to do this but it’s a poor update.
Not at user friendly or intuitive
It’s complicate and clunky. Needs a lot of work than savvier platforms today
Passwords
Every time I open my account I have to set username and password again, then security code from card and also another code sent to my registered email address!!!!! Is this Fort Knox? I just want to check my portfolio, not even operate any selling or buy actions!! Unacceptable
New update needs work
Newest update went to far with needing to constantly log in when 3 point credentials… makes it to time consuming for quick checking on phone we use the app for.
