Had to chase by phone to execute a € cash withdrawal.

So customer service isn’t a strong point.

Expensive and uncompetitive fees.

Also iPhone  / iPad app lacks features & $ CHF currency default is annoying when holding £ & € cash & $ USD equity.

It’s all Luxembourg based so not Swiss at all.

Look around for a better provider. Download different apps for comparison first!

Interactive Brokers is a better alternative.

Clumsy look and feel written by Euro geeks who don’t seem to understand either financial English or how Anglo private clients like to operate. CSV file export is appalling. Absolutely useless for analysis without rekeying the data. After 3 months use, it is easy to see that this is a big step back from the far superior Internaxx platform in lacking sophistication ( no portfolio X-ray) and ease of use.

This new update is not at all practical for the customer:
1) Previously when “assets” were opened the whole screen was available.
2) Now the “assets” section covers only 1/4 th of the screen with limited information and to see the whole situation one has to go left and right continuously.
3) “ Assets” are the most dynamic of all tables and changes instantenously. Why does it have to share space with other tables (overall situation and graph of cash and assets) which are both much less dynamic, only followed daily or weekly, if not monthly.
4) Therefore how can I expand the “assets” section to cover the whole screen?
