Very difficult to use
The newly designed iPad app is confusing and takes way too many steps in order to live stream to Facebook.
Way too expensive 💰🤑💰
This app won’t be around long-term with this level of price-gouging on their customers. Nice app. Too bad these guys are so shortsighted. 💰💀💰
Very difficult to use
The newly designed iPad app is confusing and takes way too many steps in order to live stream to Facebook.
So many bugs for an amazing product
We have been using Swticher for about 6 mos and had no problems, up until one day the app wouldn’t launch, so we rebooted our iPad, and then when i logged in everything that we had in switcher for streaming is now all gone. Now today, FB isn’t connecting as a multi steam and the individual facebook option isn’t showing up for me to log in. So, therefore what I do I reboot my iPad for a reset, and just like previously, when i logged back into switcher everything we had for streaming is now all gone. We had it full of things to place on the screen for recording and interactions, and now everything is gone, and we have to start all over. This so frustrating!!! When it works it works great but when there is issues, troubleshooting doesn’t work and it leads to more issues. There should be a space in Switcher that holds everything that was created for broadcasting.

This app has blown off a headache. I've tried to be able to have a free trial and even that hasn't let me do it. I've used it in the past and it didn't give as many problems as now. Definitely, the updates they've made to it in recent months have been very bad. Strange as it was before. I think I won't be able to use it anymore.
New Interface
Terrible new interface. Over complicated extra steps now required to create new streaming events. It was unnecessary changes instead of useful ones to make the app better.
Didn’t work
Tried to record. Was glitchy. Couldn’t get a good recording.
Money back
I need my money back I ended my free trial and cancels but it still charged me

I had using switcher studio for more than 2 years and work perfect in our church streaming services, the team keep doing updates and every year add new stools. Recomen 100%
