I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, reset the switch, changed batteries to no avail. I’ve been using the Switchmate app for years and it has been great! The switches and plugs have both worked great as well as the schedules. (I’ve never used the “come home” feature or voice control.) Recently I couldn’t change the name of one of the plugs. So I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling it. I was able to add the plug back with the correct appliance names without issue.
