LOG A SET. ONE TAP.
Log sets, reps and weight for 900+ exercises, with your last session shown right beside each set. The rest timer starts on its own. Hit your target reps and swolie tells you when to go heavier with a Level Up suggestion. Beat your best and a New PR banner pops up on the spot. Switch to Focus mode to take one exercise at a time, with timers, a plate calculator and notes built in.

WATCH THE GAINS STACK
Plan Progress shows your weekly wins, personal records and top-gaining lifts. Charts track volume, duration and reps over time, and the muscle heat map shows every muscle you hit, so blind spots can't hide.

Weekly, monthly and yearly Recaps turn your training into swipeable, shareable stories: workouts, time trained, your strongest lifts and the moves you kept coming back to.
