## Swoop Reviews in Nigeria

### *---- "Fake Advertisement"
Advertised fake promo for food, just to make people download their app. The don’t deserve any star!
-- Dfhjoonv, 2026-09-16

### ***** "Yusuf"
The app is user friendly
-- SNOOKUM noni, 2026-09-16

-- Gryyceey, 2026-09-16

### *---- "Very Slow Service"
My order that was estimated for 20-30mins ended up taking almost two hours, tried cancelling after an hour of waiting and I was told I couldn’t.
-- Myra HB, 2026-09-07

### ***** "Super fast deliver"
My food came very fast, and the price is good too. Great app. I highly recommend it. Will definitely be using it.
-- Chukwugo, 2026-08-28

### *---- "Horrible, Disappointing"
Absolutely horrible experience. Prices may look cheaper than other apps but it’s not worth it unless you’re willing to wait 3+ hours for your food. Never again.
-- talktotodun, 2026-08-21

### *---- "Ads are misleading"
Ads mislead users on deals just to grow users, they do not actually have those deals which is incredibly dubious even if you are just starting out
-- 0xibaola, 2026-08-16

### ***** "Nice food, Great service"
It honestly exceeded my expectations. My order was delivered quickly, and I even got free delivery that day. What really impressed me was the follow-up call from their customer support to confirm that I received my order and check if I had any issues. Great service overall.
-- Gogo💜, 2026-08-15

### *---- "Complain"
I can’t receive my verification number they are not sending it
-- Jaypellar, 2026-08-13

### ****- "Nice App, Slow Service"
The app is great and the food is always nice. I also love the affordable deals and promos they offer regularly. However, the delivery speed definitely needs improvement because orders take quite a while to arrive.
-- Nmessi14, 2026-05-08

### **--- "Good App"
The app is good, but the riders are slow. I suppose it is because this app is new and I hope it gets better with time, but otherwise an amazing app and amazing promos.
-- mariadri💓💓💓💓, 2026-05-08

### ***** "Great app"
Very efficient
-- Adunnithewriter, 2026-04-20

### ***** "Cost and speed."
The food delivery was incredibly quick and also cost less than my other food delivery apps which says a lot.
