Unreliable

This app does not reflect the real on time running of the buses.

It’s ok. Better than nothing

I only use this for busses. It’s good because it shows you the different bus routes you can take to get to your destination and the rough timings for each route. However the frustrating part for me is tracking where the bus is. It’s not real time. The location of the bus sometimes doesn’t update for a few minutes and when it does it’s location can jump significantly. Eg: I usually catch the bus at a certain time. It takes about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop so I can usually time it right when the bus is 6 minutes away. But one day I opened the app and the bus location was about 10 minutes away. So I thought I had time. It didn’t update for 5 minutes and when it finally did it was 3 minutes away and I wouldn’t have been able to get there in time. I just don’t get how Uber/uber eats and all these other apps can have real time tracking for but I can’t track a public bus

The app is so inaccurate

The times on the app are so incorrect. I was walking to the bus stop at 9.50pm for a 10.07 bus ( according to the app). Yet my bus was already passing me. I checked the app for the next bus. It said 10.45 am. Sure enough the bus arrived at 10.15 am. It’s like Russian roulette

Wrong times

Wrong times for train. Meant 2 hour delay

Used to be a great and reliable app

I’ve used this app for many years however in the past year, it’s become unreliable, it only directs you to take multiple modes of transport to get to a location which you can get to only taking one and no matter what you do, it won’t show the fastest or best option to get to a location.

Really angry disappointed that you have to pay to see all the trips and that it won’t let you look at specific ones

Bus delay

The 478 was supposed to come past lPrinces Hwy at 7.57 and still hasn't arrived at 8.20 When is a suitable bus going to take us home????

Airport is a rip off

Decided to go from airport to city instead of airport to city. Mascot is one less stop and is $4, Airport is 1 stop more and is $20. Ridiculous

The apps good but it doesn’t show we’re the bus is on the home page
