The App bears no relation to reality. Even the train signage said the train was going in the wrong direction. In 2024 the App for a public service should be free, easily accessible, accurate and reliable.

Late as always. Driver was 10 mins late waiting on his phone before he decided to start the service. Rough ride - heavy on the breaks. Half the lights on the bus not working. Dirty and scratched windows.
Phantom buses even when pay for premium
To be useful the app needs to exclude buses that are not arriving as bus appears on app but never arrive and then disappear off app

Incorrect information on some connections
The app is useful in most instances, but just be aware that some of the connection information is incorrect. An annoying glitch. For example, this morning I caught an earlier than usual train from Edgecliff. The app told me the train would arrive at Central on platform 8 and that the next connection was from platform 25. When in fact the train arrived at platform 25 and my next connection was from platform 18.

i would rate this app 0 stars if i could. this recent update with the premium is actually ridiculous. i go to tafe that is a fair bit away and i used to use this app to plan trips and i used to swear by this app. until this premium thing, sorry but there is no way im paying $32 a year just to find out what bus i need to take. i am deleting this app and just going to use google for now on, i am extremely upset about this and i do not recommend this app to anyone who isn’t rich and can afford to pay $32 a year to only know what route you can take to your destination. do better.

Unreliable
This app does not reflect the real on time running of the buses.
It’s ok. Better than nothing
I only use this for busses. It’s good because it shows you the different bus routes you can take to get to your destination and the rough timings for each route. However the frustrating part for me is tracking where the bus is. It’s not real time. The location of the bus sometimes doesn’t update for a few minutes and when it does it’s location can jump significantly. Eg: I usually catch the bus at a certain time. It takes about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop so I can usually time it right when the bus is 6 minutes away. But one day I opened the app and the bus location was about 10 minutes away. So I thought I had time. It didn’t update for 5 minutes and when it finally did it was 3 minutes away and I wouldn’t have been able to get there in time. I just don’t get how Uber/uber eats and all these other apps can have real time tracking for but I can’t track a public bus
