I have been a happy Sygic user for the past few years. No issues and maps are always up to date. Only issue i have is that i have bought all the add-ons when it was still an option to do so. Now i get all these annoying pop ups when starting the app to upgrade to premuim subscription. I already have everything there is when i bought the additionol functionality. I don’t need a premium subscription. Please add a feature for existing users to disable that pop-up.
The application is excellent I have had it for many years in my different phones and my observation is that it improves all the time with new technology and advanced road assistance. I also appreciate the fact that the developers listen and apply suggestions that I have made. And for it to be offline is really a great empowerment. Yes there are payable services but they are also reasonable. Thank You very much 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Comparing the lookup(where to) function in Sygic with Waze, Apple maps and Google maps, leaves Sygic wanting… I’ve downloaded the South Africa map again-thought it was a download issue, but it wasn’t. Eg. The Pivot, a well-known conference centre and office block on Monte Cadino boulevard , is nowhere to be found on Sygic, but easy to find on the others. Tiger’s Milk in Melrose Arch is nowhere to be found on Sygic, but the other’s all have it listed. And and and … Not convinced it was worth upgrading to Premium…
This navigation is very good. Two years ago when I bought the licenses I was skeptical, very much so. Now I prefer it over Apple Maps and Google Maps. “ doesn’t make your phone overheat.”
I ordered the premium version since there was advertised a “7-day Free Trial.” After a couple of days, my account was charged the full amount. When I tried to delete my account, I continuously got the “something went wrong” message. So now I’m stuck with it. Good news is, it’s a useful app. I would have probably bought it anyway, but I don’t like getting scammed.
App has a major drawback ( Premium version) on IPhones . Phones overheat on real view navigation and shuts down to cool off. A critical error which I reported to the developers
Fantastic over Carplay. Just a pity the app keeps losing my custom settings as well login credentials
I’ve been using the app over a year or so and I’ve been loving it. But over the passed couple of months, i am unable to use the app because it cannot find my location. It gets lost in the map and jumps around or freeze in one position
Why would I pay for this package if I can get the same or better for free? The only benefit is having offline maps. The rest is just window dressing.
This app is a big scam, I paid for a year subscription, after two months or so the app said I must subscribe to premium services to be able to enjoy the premium version. I sent email to the customer service and got the first reply which they asked me to provide some screenshots and information which I did. But afterwards I didn’t hear anything from them over a week now! Total Disgrace ..
