Recent update no way to restore access
Every update of the app closes access and I had to delete the app, re-download it and restore my purchase, but not this time.
This time there’s no way to restore purchase. There’s no such option in Settings.
I have a yearly subscription paid in March 2023.
Support suggests to subscribe again telling that my current subscription will get canceled and I’ll get a refund.
When trying to purchase subscription again, I receive a message that I am already subscribed and I have an option to cancel my current subscription.
But if I cancel my current subscription, it will cancel only future payments and my current subscription will stay active till March 2024.
I also can’t ask for a refund - Apple doesn’t accept claims older than 3 months.
So I have a paid subscription till March which I can’t get refunded.
And I have no access to a service I subscribed to since the app’s been upgraded with no option to restore my purchase.
New update is 10/10!
The newest update is so much better than the first version. It's more user friendly, designed well and I haven't run into any issues at all. It's so nice to have SOC right in my pocket. Can't live without this app!
Absolutely terrible
I just got the email the my subscription renewed and I am STILL unable to use the app. When I try to open the protocols, it prompts me to choose a subscription! (And I purchased one last year).. I had this issue after only 2 weeks of having this app- I emailed the company. No one has been able to do anything… so now.. I’m at $60 wasted dollars. I will not recommend this app to ANYONE. Save your money. You won’t be able to access this app. I have an iPhone 13
Have subscription and can’t access the app
I paid for a year but when I open the app it asks me to pay again. It shows that I’m set to renew in November in my subscriptions. Sadly I’m cancelling
Doesn’t load
Seems like a great concept for an app, and other users seem to like it, but none of the content loads for me (even after re-installing the app and checking back a few days later).
Terrible App
I downloaded this app as I love the symphony of cells protocols and wanted an easy go to while on the go. This app however is absolutely terrible! Nothing loads and when you search for an ailment it freezes. Don’t waste your time or money on the app, just buy the books.
Problematic
The app is very expensive. I had difficulties opening up one of the apps features. I tried eventually to delete the app and then re-download it. This is after I had paid for the yearly subscription. The app has the audacity when I re-download it to ask me to pay it again just to access it. Waste of money in my opinion.
Constantly Crashes
I love the information in the app but it keeps crashing so I paid for something that I can’t use….

Would like it more if it didn’t crash all the time
Let me know when you update and maybe I’ll try again. It continues to be very glitchy. I’ve been told they are working on it. I’ll wait awhile before trying this one again.
Not working
It never works when I open it and keeps glitching or shutting down…I paid for a year membership and I’d like my money back…it’s not reliable when I need it
