Synergy FCU

With the old app I was able to transfer funds to a different account. I am unable to transfer with this app. As a result I have to drive 20 miles to my bank. 6/22/24 updated my app and it stopped working-again

This app is the worst. Here it is the weekend and can’t get into the app. Changed my password and nothing still can’t get in. Oh and did I forget CANT CALL ANYONE FOR HELP BECAUSE ITS CLOSED SAT AND SUN. This is ridiculous. Bring the old app back. Security Service FCU here I come

This roll out was awful. I can’t transfer money to synergy from another institution with this app. I tried the website and all I get is “Unauthorized activity detected click here to send an email to our security team” and that email has gone unanswered. Talk about going backwards where I now have to visit the bank only after going to my other bank to pull cash out to deposit for my loan at Synergy. I’m about ready to refinance at a higher interest rate to avoid this headache. Trash

Almost back to useable like it was before.

Destroyed the perfectly good user interface with this. You need to fire the devs and the management that pushed this through. Major downgrade. A CU with no branches CANNOT limit its users by the app in any manner. You owe it to your members to provide a substantive app with great flexibility. Get it!? You don’t have branches therefore you MUST have a working app.

Not easy to make a deposit due to unstable camera.

Why release a new app that’s worse in literally every way? Who wins here?

Fire your app developer. This app is impossible to use and doesn’t even work

This new app roll out has absolutely taken all trust I have with this bank. I cannot get a hold of them for my financial needs. What if I have an emergency where I need to pull some money but can’t because they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Zelle is no longer available with the new app and it’s literally useless. I have left many voicemails for me to Receive a call back and it’s been DAYS! What if there was fraud on my account and it wiped everything I got? Can’t get a hold of these people and it’s extremely disturbing and frustrating. Overall, I’m very unsatisfied with this institution.

Zero heads up! New app is tasteless and boring. They also took out Zelle app .
