Very poor performance, I don’t know how to improve (I’m using synology ds220j)

I want to purchase the NAS. Does this ios app gives an option to encrypt the file with a custom password before uploading a file to the drive? I will update the rating once I purchase the drive.

1. iOS 移动端 Drive，在本地有缓存文件的情况下，使用微软 Word、苹果 page文稿等应用再次打开文件时，文件不是最新版本，必须清空 Drive 中的缓存才能正确地读取最新版本； 2. iOS 移动端 Drive，使用微软 Word、苹果 page文稿等应用当前目录下的文件无法自动或手动刷新最新文件，必须跳转到另外的目录后再次跳转回来后才能刷新； 3. app 内没有问题反馈，非要把问题写在这里，还不知道有没有人看！
看不到远程连接的文件夹
这是个功能缺陷还是故意这样做？用DSfile可以看到远程文件夹，用这个只能看到团队的文件夹，要我下载两个同样用途的软件？
当前服务端和客户端不兼容，请尽快解决此BUG。
群晖服务端升级到最近版本3.5.0-26084后，手机端链接不上了！
视频播放器
默认播放器功能太少了，连音频和字幕都无法选择，快进也不方便，望改进
