## SynoPosture Description
SynoPosture helps you monitor your head posture in real time using supported AirPods and Beats headphones. It is designed for work, study, gaming, and long desk sessions where neck strain can build up quietly over time.

Using Apple’s headphone motion data, SynoPosture tracks pitch, roll, and yaw and shows your head orientation with a live 3D viewer. When your head stays below your selected posture threshold for too long, the app can send a gentle reminder so you can return to a healthier position.
