Very satisfied and delighted by the Automation Solutions provided by synxgen . I also appreciate the quick Service provided by Mr. Harish and team , even if the stated issue is not major. Thank you for changing my perception about installation timelines - Truly Quick and hassle free.

Bad support

I got the lock installed 4months back. Support engineer came and told liver got wrongly installed. Carpenter needs to fix. He told let us know once fixed. I called 100s of times. Balaji keeps telling this Saturday . They can remotely configure in 10mins. He spends hours telling excuses but no interest in getting the product working.
