## SystmOnline Description
SystmOnline gives you as a patient, easier access to your GP and medical data, allowing you to conveniently manage your healthcare.

Through the SystmOnline app you are able to update your contact details, book appointments, request repeat prescriptions, view your medical record and more. If you are unable to use any of these features it will be because your GP practice has not yet made them available to you. 

Note: In order to use this app, you must have a username and password given to you by your GP or other healthcare professional. If you require assistance using the app, please contact your GP or healthcare professional.

This App is brilliant! I can order all of my medications and check appointments and result records simply.
It’s a shame that it’s no longer available on Google play store anymore, now called Airmid.

My GP’s receptionist said I must get this app. I’ve never been able to get in to site using it, despite much much time spent trying. The receptionist obviously has no clue how it actually works. She keeps changing my password and re-sending me my username along with new password. Then it tells me I must change my password, which I do. It doesn’t recognise the one I changed it to, nor any of those it’s been changed to by the receptionist. So much for my using “services”.

This app promises so much and delivers absolutely nothing. It is the biggest waste of space. 

It continually refuses to log you in saying unable to connect time and time again. 

Seriously; save yourself the stress and just don’t bother.

Please please please add a custom request option to the app! It’s on the website and perfect for what I need but wanted to use the app and there is no option to choose medications that aren’t already listed, the custom request option is perfect for this, please add it to the app!!!

When I book appointments I don’t know if the doctor will call me for consultation or if the appointment is face to face. When booking an appointment it should say what type of appointment I’m booking. Update asap!

This app must have been produced by someone on work experience with an organisation training people to sell rubbish to care providers. Nothing works, no records available, can’t book appointments, no fingerprint or Face ID etc. Completely pointless and why bother when the NHS app works perfectly - unless of course your GP chooses to try and use this to communicate with you irregardless of the fact it’s impossible to reply through it.

I’ve NEVER managed to book a GP appt using this app. I can’t get any functionality - look at current medications/test results unless I have contacted the surgery first. Given that I try to avoid going to the GP, (it is rare for me to require an appt) BUT when I want to book one, I can’t. I end up phoning the surgery (who don’t seem surprised when I say I have failed to get the app to work). Why waste our time with this useless and pathetic app?????

What is the point in any app like this? My Gp has blocked me from any personal record or information on this, the NHS and any other app connected to it. Disgusting service! Useless app, has not worked in the three years since first registering for it!! It should be a service run by an independant, unbiased company!!

One of the worst app’s ever. Surgery went from using Patient Access which worked perfectly for years to this load of garbage. The only thing I can access is repeat prescriptions and that doesn’t work every time. Last two orders both said OK request sent to your surgery, but they hadn’t received it, hence no prescription awaiting at the pharmacy. Also doesn’t display properly on Apple devices.

It’s best to use the web based app as this Apple iPhone app doesn’t provide much benefit. Access to prescriptions and appointments is very unreliable. The app keeps dropping one off as one navigates various options, which is very frustrating and time consuming. I have uninstalled it from my iPhone now.
