Ever since I downloaded the App I have not been able to add my card. After I put my card details, when I press add card the area becomes grey shaded and does not add the card.

My stash was working fine all along and now I can’t even access the app. I’ve signed in and still waiting for a code. I need this error resolved and fast!

This app is amazing, you don’t get to cash out whenever you want so that makes saving easy. Only thing is you can only stash R500 a day why can’t we get an option to choose how much we want to stash on that day.

Easy way to save money, easy to cash out. This app has helped my family and I in many ways. Always having money sit a aside to do renovations or in case of emergency. We've only had good experiences.

Downloaded the app, added my card no issues. Submitted my FiCA docs… great! Then stashed some cash. I try login the next day BOOM app requires me to load card again Zero balance! WTH😳😳 I’m now wondering if my card details are safe. logged a couple of queries to support no response! Such a disappointment for a company as established as LIBERTY! Hire developers that are dedicated to servicing this app, you can do better!!!

What’s causing the 10c challenge to stop? Surely it cannot be insufficient funds because it has just stopped and I have enough money in the bank, I’ve only completed the challenge once. I have failed to do so for he past 2 years because of the sudden stop. I’ve restarted it however I am 100% sure that it will stop. Personally o think the best thing to do is the “Stash every day” and just forget about the 10c because whenever it stops it demotivates you.

I did have an issue with the app ,it didn’t give me options to cash out or add card !but I managed to get a call from a helpful and friendly gentleman ,who helped me through the process .I managed to cash out and start stashing again .Thank you

I am no longer happy with the app, I even regret introducing it to my family and friends. The 10c challenge and load shedding challenge was great, the biggest mistake was thinking I could save up for my son. Biggest mistake ever, I saved up some cash for his vacation and now I cannot access his funds, I am advised to update the app but the app is the latest version from my app store, I even deleted the app but nothing. I sent out his confirmation letter via email but no reply, I am so frustrated. I just wanna really cash out everything, I never had these challenges when cashing out my own. I need to buy a few things for him as we leaving in a week's time but I am stranded. Can't wait to delete this app.

I have been trying to create an account. I sent an email on the 5th of a June till today I’m still waiting for a response. I might have once opened an account I’m not sure. I want to open an account please assist.
