Rewards are trash

This used to be an amazing app with really cool rewards weekly. The last two years they have been consistently trash. The rewards are not rewards. It’s a bunch of junk. Do better T-Mobile.

Having trouble with paying.

I love this app but recently all the fun Tuesday giveaways are for things not in our area but that’s ok. The biggest problem I have is paying my bill. If only worked once. I click on the pay button sooooo many times and it does nothing. I also can’t pay from my safari app. I have to wait til I’m by my iPad to try and pay it. These need to be updated. Ugh been months now. Thank you!

Duplicate?

Why are there two identical apps, T-Mobile and T-Life? -- dev response does not answer the question. The two apps are identical.

Horrible mobile app connection

When I go into the app and try to log into my internet setting, the connection is just really bad! None of my other apps have this problem. I’m patient but the app needs to be fixed!

Doesn’t work

This new version of the app doesn’t work! I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times nd still get errors on Tuesday page and account page!

App does not respond well to gateway

This app does not connect well to my gateway and is very difficult to get to work.

No functionality that I could use

This app is supposed to replace T-Mobile Internet, but none of the functionalities of T-Mobile Internet is available in T-life. I am not sure how this app helps me.

Log in issues

I am unable to complete log in after entering my information. The app keeps showing loading circles then after awhile it says timed out. I have made sure my phone is up to date as well as I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. I have been unable to access any of the benefits/perks.

WiFi manager doesn’t work.

Please let us know if that helps." I already uninstalled the app for the pass two months and nothing helps .
