This has been a terrible app for managing a network. I have been a customer of T Mobile for many years- very satisfied with the phone service!! This day customer service was outstanding! Sayed took care of me. He was professional, patient and kind. I’m not technologically savvy and he walked me through everything step by step- it took a lot of time but I never felt rushed. There were some good deals that day and Sayed made sure he told me about all of them. Sayed is truly an asset to TMobile. I will highly recommend T-Mobile to friends and colleagues- because of the excellent product and service- Sayed! I do not and will not recommend T-Mobile to anyone countless billing errors to get a refund of $700 but I will say I got it every year hours and hours understanding why I cannot get my refund at least 20 to 30 hours easy.. *** one such event , I had a customer service representative Call me back because I gave him a bad rating. He yelled and harassed me and fully deleted my account. It took me over three hours on the phone with another customer who representative to get my account back. It has never been the same since. I’m always having issues now and this customer representative was a representative who worked out of Seattle. I suppose it was T-Mobile revenge for not giving him 5 stars. These are true encounters with T-Mobile. It’s a bad company they steal they harass.
