I have never had this many problems with a bank in my life. I typically prefer digital banking, but not here. If you have a charge that you dispute, they don’t provide a credit pending the final decision, they tell you they are “investigating” and drag the dispute on for months. I provided a letter from the retailer stating they made a mistake and informed me to dispute the charge with my bank to receive my credit, and they still are “investigating” the transaction. That was almost 2 months ago. What information do they need when the retailer is requesting the credit? Are they trying to speak with the CEO of the retailer that openly admits they were wrong?

I’ve used this service for a while, but recently I’ve noticed that transfer times have significantly slowed down. Transactions that used to be processed quickly now take considerably longer to complete, sometimes beyond the expected processing time. This delay can be frustrating, especially when trying to meet/make timely payments. I hope the t-mobile money can addresses this soon to improve the overall efficiency and bring processing times back to normal. Otherwise, it’s a reliable service, but the current delays make it hard to fully recommend.

Free interest when you use it 10 times . I am a fan of free interest. 4% it was 4.5 % but in any case my main bank I get paid Friday but Wednesday if I need a little cash I have some in my T-Mobile account early paycheck ! I can also transfer easily to my friend who has it when we need to split a check without using a third party and easily between my chase which pays me 0% interest and this account
