Registering and buying a card online is extremely burdensome; for some reason you need accounts in two different systems to get through it. Then when you get the card, NFC card reading fails every time and you can only top it up in the metro station. The whole system feels badly thought out and even more horribly implemented.
I don’t know if it is the app or the phone, but 9 out of 10 times it won’t scan the card to complete a transaction and you just lose your money probably…
