I did not read my card

It says to tap the card on the phone to see how many tickets are left, but it fails to read the card ( it ignores it completely)

Great transit - horrible app

A deemed easier to use app then going to the metro station but the complete opposite. Provides an option to “top up” your card but don’t be fooled, you absolutely cannot top your card up on the app and will just leave more frustrated then before.

Doesn’t work

It does not scan the card no matter how hard I try! Couldn’t they have made a good app before getting rid of the old cards?

Good at transit

But terrible at transit payments. Welcome to Barcelona! After having gone through all the trouble of having documents verified to allow me to setup a web account then setting up a weba cct. Every login attempt still yeilds an 'unauthorized user' error. Probably time to stop hiring monkeys to work on this app and time to hire humans, no?

Worthless App

You cannot use this app for literally any purpose.

Completely Useless

It says on their website you can load your T-Mobilitat on the iOS app but there’s literally know way to do it. Or the UX is so bad that it’s impossible to find.

To work, the app needs to link to various other accounts. I can see them online, but can’t log in through the app.
