I have been using this app for awhile and think that if you can avoid this company for you WFM, avoid. The app is a disaster, seemingly written by a school project team. Not intuitive or nice looking, very slow and has very small text, with inaccessible background colours. The web app is worse, so slow you have to use multiple windows to achieve anything. It has been like that for at least 5 years and consistently get feedback about how slow it is, but do not improve. Not a fan.

App is constantly buggy and is badly designed. When accepting shifts currently the entire page doesn't scroll up/the text doesn't auto adjust meaning that if there is more than one checkbox u literally cannot accept/decline your shift as the options are off the bottom of ur phone screen.
