## T4U Description
At T4U, our purpose is to empower everyday people through the timeless principles of old-school bodybuilding, re-engineered into powerful, practical functional training.

We honour the discipline, grit, and raw strength of the golden era and translate it into training that builds power, mobility, and purpose-driven fitness.

Founded by Mateo Vaihu, New Zealand’s only Classic Physique Olympian and a multi-time IFBB National Champion, T4U brings world-class experience home.

With over 20 years in the industry, Mateo’s coaching blends the intensity of classic bodybuilding with the performance of functional training.

T4U is more than a gym, it’s where strength meets community and everyone rises together!
