Hot happy guys the app will down load but it sits there and the icon goes round wool you get a flat battery Not the best from a Pinters perspective.

Each time you place a trifecta or multi bet the details of that bet do not disappear. Sometimes not sure if best has gone through or not. It would be great if all details clear after the bet has completed as a win bet for example.

This new Tab app is shocking 😱😱 Won’t load now. Deleted and re installed!! Still don’t load .

So far behind the times. TAB does NOT honour the bonus bets. Can’t make certain bet amounts, Unlike sports bet Eg: Wanted to bet $14.75 & it can only be in full dollar or .50 amounts. Eg: $14.50 or $14 Poor odds, (sports bet have better) Withdraw times to bank account takes ages, unlike sports bet within a couple of hours.

Slowest payouts with the most glitches and breakdowns of any bookmaker.. spoke to a tab operator who openly admitted to a glitch in the pending bets section of the app that has lasted over 18 months.. so for 18 months people’s pending bets or futures bets that are over a week old have just disappeared, and they have done absolutely nothing to fix it.. not sure if they are to lazy, broke or stupid to fix it.. could not place a bet today at 11:30am because of more breakdowns and pathetic bookmaking from tab.. I don’t know why I gave tab another chance.. But no more, today was the final straw, I am going straight back to Sportsbet and Ned’s.. if Sportsbet stuff up, they own up to it and give you bonus bets, the tab just shrugs there shoulders.. The whole tab management team and i.t team needs to be sacked.. easy to see why tabs are disappearing from pubs and clubs at a rapid rate.. lift your game asap tab!!!!

Have sent feedback previously but no response. Why do TAB take literally days to out pay withdrawals when all the other betting companies pay within hours. You can deposit in seconds but can wait up to four days to get your money out. In a computer transaction era, how are ‘clear business days’ even a thing? Apart from that, the app is a little clunky compared to other apps. Can’t read trainer and jockey full names on mobile apps in some cases. The jackpots are good with the TAB. Does the ‘multiplier’ ever go above 1.1? Most bonuses and offers only apply in ‘Venue’ mode. These and other quirks are the main reason TAB will never be my main go to app, despite wanting to be loyal.

Rarely loads anymore - just the green spinning wheel then times out. I was a long-term TAB customer but i’ve switched to Ladbrokes. I advised the TAB of this issue via their twitter account but didn’t get a response. They don’t GAF. Customer service zero.
