## Tabata Trainer Description
Tabata Trainer is a easy to use HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) app based on the Tabata method. The app is perfectly suited for anyone looking for a new, fast and effective training routine.

Create your own workouts or pick one of the preloaded workouts and get started.

About the Tabata method:
The standard tabata method consists of eight cycles where you perform 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. You can pick any exercise you like (i.e push-ups/squats/lunges). After four minutes you are done.

All routines can be performed whenever you want and wherever you want. There is no need for expensive equipment or gym memberships. All you need is your body and what you can find around the house.

Please note:
To listen to music while using the app just start your favourite music app, select your music and then switch to Tabata Trainer and you are ready to go (make sure the mute switch is not activated).

## Tabata Trainer Reviews in United States

### ****- "Almost a great timer"
It’s easy to use. I love that I can add my own exercises. My only wish is that it was more customizable. Each exercise must be the same length after you decide that length.
-- Tam.8000, 2021-03-02

### ****- "Great App!"
I love to build my own routines and I love that the voice commands keep me on track even while playing music. Would just want a share routine option so that I can share with my husband and other friends who use the app!
-- Fitand50, 2020-06-12

### *---- "Terrible."
Waste of 1.99. Doesn’t actually show you any exercises. Just a timer
-- laflower_2, 2019-12-17

### **--- "No visual cues"
No visual cues! Only good for people who know what they are doing already.
-- Alexi.V, 2019-06-25

### ****- "Simple"
A good simple timer, could be great with a few tweaks, but I like that it isn’t overly complicated.
-- Tainterr, 2019-05-09

### *---- "Terrible app"
Just a green screen with a timer. Nothing else
-- Renhig, 2019-01-11

### *---- "Not Good"
No sound prompts. Poor routines. Overall not useful for me.
-- dsp fit3 lyf3, 2018-11-13

### ****- "Good but could be great"
Love the timer. One problem though: when listening to music with headphones the interval sound seems really low and at times I will miss the signal to rest. Can you add a volume adjustment for the interval sounds?
-- JimL143, 2018-03-05

### ***-- "Needs adjustable times for different exercises"
It's a great app but when doing intervals this app assumes you use the same time for each exercise which makes this app three stars. I typically do three minutes of one exercise and then two minutes of another. This app doesn't allow for this. Also I want zero rest time but the app forces you to use one second as the minimum rest time.
-- needforsleep00, 2015-03-11

### ****- "The Best but could improve a bit."
Hands down this is the best interval training app for the gym. Easy to see when you put it down in front of you. Could use some additional customization options though such as being able to delete/edit/rename the preinstalled timer sets. Then it would be 5stars easily.
