Train on iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, or use iPhone and Watch together. You get a clean, focused workout that fits whatever device you're using.

Highlights:
• Customizable intervals: Set get-ready, work, rest, and rest between cycles, with up to 20 rounds and 20 cycles. Work and rest periods can each run from 5 seconds to 10 minutes.
• Large, easy-to-read timer: A bold, high-contrast display with big stats you can read in the middle of a hard set.
• Live heart rate: See your heart rate during the workout, with a beating heart icon, on both Apple Watch and iPhone.
• iPhone and Apple Watch, in sync: Start a workout on either device and the other follows along. Your settings stay matched between workouts too.
• Standalone Apple Watch app: Leave your phone behind and run full workouts from your wrist.
• Saves to Apple Health: Workouts are logged as High Intensity Interval Training, with heart rate and active energy, so they count toward your Activity rings.
• Quick adjustments: Turn the Digital Crown or tap +/− to change settings. The Watch uses bigger steps for longer durations, so you can set them in fewer turns.
• Layouts for every device: Designed for iPhone (portrait and landscape), iPad, and Apple Watch.
• Audio and haptic cues: Countdown beeps and vibrations keep you on pace without looking at the screen.
