The idea of using Tabby is to be able to buy things that you can’t get them in full cash! So you will not use it to buy something that costs for example 20 kd, but rather 200 or even 500 kd. The issue is, you can’t! You have to use the service to buy a lot of things first in order to build a credit score, which enables you to buy things more expensive later on! Such a waste of time! If this method works for you, then ok, for me it’s useless and forcing me to buy things from certain partnered stores to be eligible to buy what I actually wanted in the first place!

### *---- "Bad Customer Service, Rejections, Failed ID verification"
Not only the application didn’t let me add an ID to verify before any purchase, it rejected to verify my ID through my first purchase and I was told the rejection was because “I need to build consistent payments with smaller amounts” where the amount was 75 kd. Why am I supposed to pay 20kd with Tabby? What’s the point? 
And then I was told there is a bug in the application and they will manually verify my ID. After over a week of me following up rather than them giving me update, they told me it is not possible and gave me more solutions from their side like trying other payment forms. It’s been a month now and they are still not replying to me, didn’t solve the issue, even told me to stop following up until they have a solution and they reach out. Even when filing a complaint and talking to a Supervisor of the CS team, she disappeared with no answers and replied to none of the calls I made looking just for an “explanation”. 

Completely untrustworthy with this BAD customer service and very embarrassing tech abilities.

Unfortunately they were trying to add extra charges and when i contacted them they said its a mistake sometimes made from currency difference!! And i asked to fix before a pay the said we cant do anything. And if they deduct i have to contact them and they will issue a refund within 5 days!! Although everyone i know has never had this problem!!
