### ***** "Needs a new feature"
I’m giving 5 stars in hopes my message is seen. I’m still new to using this scheduling app. The feature that is essential and is missing, is a way to see the list of employees that are NOT working a shift. If I need to get a shift covered I need to see who ISN’T working that shift so I know who to text/message. Without this, the process is really hard and I can’t even guarantee I’ve contacted everyone possible. It currently tells me who IS working that shift already, so it is useless for telling me who to contact that isn’t. A way to help this too is an “employee roster” section with everyone listed out in categories by job title i.e. “Server” “Bartender” “Busser” “Cook”

I only use the app to take a 20 second peek at my schedule and to get shifts covered/picked up. I suspect it’s the same way for many others too. Thanks for the help!

The company I work for just recently made the switch to this app, and it’s been the worst app that I have had installed on my phone in a while. It will randomly log me out if my account and when I try to log back in it says my credentials are invalid. THEN, when I force close the app and try again, I’m already logged in again somehow. It will randomly give error messages and not load my schedule when I need it to, and it’s almost impossible to navigate the app without something being missing or just getting another error message.
