## Taco Bell IN Reviews in India

### *---- "No Riders Available"
I tried to order through this app twice and both the times there were no riders available. Total waste of time
-- VS_2047, 2026-04-07

### *---- "Taco bell is a fraud app made for looting money of people"
I ordered a meal and paid online on the app itself the amount was deducted and within 10 seconds my order was cancelled and they initiated refund which im still waiting when im gonna get it pathetic service its better please close the app cause its just made to loot money from everyone and not delivering orders im gonna take legal action on them as they promise refund but the amount is never refunded.
-- Sahilk10, 2026-03-20

### *---- "Delivery not available"
Useless app can’t order takeaway delivery is not available it’s showing rider is busy delivering other orders since a week what’s the point of having an app when it’s never functional
-- Ghhbbgh, 2026-03-14

### **--- "DO NOT USE"
They haven’t planned how their orders will be delivered. Just order from Zomato or Swiggy. These people don’t even call up after 45 minutes. Nor do they seem to understand what to do.

### *---- "Taco"

### *---- "High Demand Error Even for 7 PM Advance Order"
Very disappointing experience with Taco Bell. On 8th March 2026 at 12:41 PM, I tried placing an advance order for 7:00 PM, but the app kept showing “high demand” and that all riders are busy. Because of this, I couldn’t proceed with the order even though the delivery was scheduled many hours later.

If the order is scheduled in advance, rider availability at that moment should not block the order. This shows very poor order management in the app and creates a frustrating experience for customers. Taco Bell seriously needs to improve their delivery system and customer experience in India. ⭐

### *---- "Better to use Swiggy or Zomato for ordering"
I have used the app few times and there has been disappointing experience each time, on ordering recently the order was in pending state for almost 45 mins, called the store and they confirmed it would be delivered shortly, and after 50 mins they cancelled the order citing no delivery partner available, if there are no delivery partners available just don’t accept the order in the first place rather than making customers waiting for more than an hour and then cancelling the orders, won’t be using the Taco Bell app atleast for ordering.
-- Kvishwas, 2026-03-03

### *---- "SCAMMERS"
Please Do not order the food or anything from this and “DONOT MAKE THE PAYMENT” they are scammers and the app asks to agree to “Non cancellation agreement”. After payment they take time to assign deliver guy and then that’s all they will not respond and phone will not connect
-- Manojr7211, 2026-01-30

### ***-- "Dissatisfied with how orders are handled when ordered via app"
My rider asked me to cancel the order and so did the restaurant.

This is the 2nd time my food was cancelled after being ordered via the taco bell app

What’s the use of the app is they don’t deliver anymore?
-- $$Her2030$$, 2026-01-25

### *---- "Unable to order, Useless App"
Whenever i try to place order by clicking Pay Now button, i always keep getting this error “Oops… We are facing high demand right now”. I tried on different days and time but always keep getting this message on my IPhone. I also complained by calling their store but no action from their side, so finally decided to uninstall this useless app.
