You literally cannot view the menu unless you start an order and pick a location.. it’s inconvenient

Bad app. Bad developer. To do anything in the app you are required to sign up and give personal information. App requires you to GPS location and you can’t put in a ZIP Code or city. Nope not going to use and will most likely not go to TJ again. All I wanted to do was look at menu.

Despite the app and the store both showing hours that it is in fact open, the app will not let me put in orders telling me that the store is closed and cannot accept orders.

Some apps are user friendly, this one mega-loathes all users everywhere. Overcomplicated and inscrutable. Can't even whip up the menu without going through some sub menus, then it doesn't show you prices. Whole thing is clunky and unfinished.

Somehow the newest update made it -harder- to order. Please revert whatever changes you made, they make the process so much harder.

To the developer - This app went from a mildly confusing UI to a totally unintuitive UI. Dropping the internal menus that used to be on a separate page into one giant list when trying to build a combo is very confusing. Not to mention there is no obvious way to see when an option sub menu ends and the rest of the parent menu begins. It is also unintuitive that you can have options selected for multiple drinks, but the real selection is the drink you have the sub menu open on when you add to cart? It isn’t super obvious to me that having the sub menu open is selecting that drink when there is no indication by the name of the soda indicating it is selected. There is a case where all drink sub menus are closed, and there is no obvious way to see what will be added when you add it to the cart.

Please fix. I’ve had this app for years and the barcode scanner has never worked on an apple iPhone (currently a version 14 Pro Max).
