Go to order and gives me error message of unable to validate order

Chips tasted old. Not as good as they usually are.

Today no cheese on the tacos 😐 and potato oles were overcooked. Normally I love oles that are crispy but they are usually soft inside and today they were just hard and too done. Beef crispy tacos also lacking toppings. Normally food is great and always 5 star but today 2 stars for food and one extra star because drive thru guy was nice.

Makes me log in often and can never get it done in time to use it. The scanner to earn doesn’t work on the ticket. So far I haven’t saved anything.

This is the second time that I have ordered late at night. Both times received uneatable food!!!! Spent 20.00 for food that had sat for hours. The lettuce was wilted, potato ones tasted a day old, completely rock hard and cold! Taco shells rocks hard and cold. Asked for onions and sour cream added to my taco so your telling me the employee preparing was totally okay adding to a taco that had been sitting there for hours and thought that was okay to give out to a customer! I had not ate all day, was starving, and have food that I paid 20.00 for and couldn’t eat any of it!!!! Honestly unbelievable.

They are the best side in fast food.

First things first. Taco John’s is one of my favorite restaurants. I have eaten there for YEARS and it’s one of my favorite places to go. Having said that, this is a terrible app. I would like to schedule a delivery post breakfast featuring post breakfast food and I am not allowed to do that. I have ordered food and I’ve had it default to pick up instead of delivery. It gives you the option to cancel the order if you screw up and it says you have to call the store. I called the store and they could stop the order but couldn’t refund the money I’ve paid. I don’t like the fact they use DoorDash because I’ve had multiple issues with them when ordering food with an inability to find my location and in some cases canceling my order altogether. I love Taco Johns, but the app needs serious improvement.

There’s no integration with Apple Pay, Apple wallet, and can’t do payment information autofill. There isn’t any dedicated page for payment method management outside of the page that pops up when paying for an order. The customize food interface is clunky.
